Though she lost the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial race, MAGA Republican and Trump ally Kari Lake is already back in the political Thunderdome, this time running for Arizona’s open Senate seat. As she moves forward with that campaign, she is picking up important endorsements from across the GOP, such as a recent one from Sen. Tom Cotton.
Sen. Cottom made his statement in support of Lake to Fox News Digital, saying that he thinks the sort of policies that she supports, particularly taking a strong stand to defend the southern border and work on thinks like promoting fuel production to push down the cost of living, are just the sort of policies that America needs.
He said, “Kari Lake is the fighter Arizona needs to secure the border, unleash American Energy Independence, and lower the cost of living. Joe Biden’s policies have been a disaster for Arizona and Kari Lake will stand up to the Biden agenda and put Arizonans first. Let’s send Kari to the Senate and take back the majority.”
Responding to Sen. Cotton’s glowing recommendation, Lake said, “I am grateful for the endorsement of Sen. Cotton, someone who served our country honorably in the military and has been a conservative warrior in the Senate. I look forward to working with Sen. Cotton to secure our border and get America back on track from Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer’s far-left agenda.”
Lake was also recently backed by Rep. Cory Mills of Florida, who backed Lake in a statement to Breitbart News. In his statement, he said, “This election is the most consequential; the Senate Majority runs through Arizona. I am proud to endorse Kari Lake for United States Senate in Arizona.”
Continuing, Rep. Mills pointed out why it is important for Lake to win and said, “Kari will work tirelessly to secure the border, rebuild our military, restore American Energy Independence, and take care of our Veterans. Her two Democrat opponents have been a rubber stamp for Joe Biden’s reckless agenda. Kari will restore sanity and put Arizona First.”
Lake, thanking Rep. Mills for deciding to back her and cheering what he has used his position in the House of Representatives to do, said, “I am honored and humbled to have the endorsement of Congressman Cory Mills. He served our country honorably in the military and fought for our freedoms. Cory has led the fight for America First policies in Congress and pushed back against Joe Biden’s dangerous policies. I am grateful for his friendship and support.”

Even more important, Lake snagged an early endorsement from former President Donald Trump. He endorsed Lake’s Senate bid in an October video posted to Truth Social, saying, “When I’m back in the White House, I need strong fighters like Kari in the Senate. She is a fighter. She’s strong and she’s good. She’s got a great heart by the way.”
He added, “I will need a majority in the House and in the Senate. We have to have a big strong majority to help me push our America-first agenda through and to push it through really fast. That starts right here tonight by helping Kari Lake win in Arizona, and she will win too.”
