What a day! Trump’s running for the presidency yet again, Barron Trump looks like a modern incarnation of Alexander the Great, Trump already has the machinery rolling for 2024, and the leftie media is already melting down over the idea that Trump might be president again.
So Trump’s already setting the media off, sending CNN and all the other back into a tail-spin of venomous hatred as he just does his thing on stage and appears to have a good time.
And President Trump’s supporters are good at that, setting the leftie media off, too. Thanks to Trump’s announcement, we got to see that yesterday, with a leftie reporter named Ahtra Elnashar melting down on Twitter and posting a clip of MAGA patriots (including a guy holding a “Fake News is CNN” sign) mocking and harassing her as she tried to do her broadcast.
She posted about the incident on Twitter, saying:
I’m outside Mar-a-Lago covering Trump’s announcement. My photographer and I have been trying for 30 min to shoot a simple package intro. We’re being followed, harassed, yelled at by Trump supporters like this guy. I shot this while trying to do my job:

This hilarious meme sums up how many people felt about her meltdown and the meltdowns other leftie reporter types were having:

So you know what type of person Elnashar is, here’s her pinned tweet, one which she posted on January 6th:

In any case, she later tried to pass the day off as a victory on Twitter, saying “Wrapping a long day of coverage with a fantastic team from @CBS12. No hecklers or people looking to otherwise disrupt reporters at work stopped us, and we’ll keep at it.”
Making fun of her in a comment on that post, one guy said “One re-tweet, do u work for a grade-school newspaper?”
Further, if it took her more than half an hour to shoot an intro, then it seems like the hecklers did stop her from doing her job, or at least doing it well, even if she eventually managed to shoot something.
Trump, for his part, announced his presidential bid last night, saying:
“This will not be my campaign. This will be our campaign altogether.”
“Together we will be taking on the most corrupt forces and entrenched interests imaginable. Our country is in a horrible state.”
“We’re in grave trouble. This is not a task for a politician or a conventional candidate is a task for a great movement that embodies the courage confidence and the spirit of the American. This is a movement this is not for any one individual. This is a job for 10s of millions of proud people working together from all across the land and from all walks of life young and old, black and white, Hispanic and Asian, many of whom were brought together for the very, very first time.”
“Because the only force strong enough to defeat the massive corruption we are up against is you, the American people. It’s true. The American people, the greatest people on Earth, we love them all. And we love both sides. We’re going to bring people together.”
