In a move meant to make Twitter’s new owner look bad, the only thing really happening is that we are all reminded of the glorious moment when Elon Musk called Senator Elizabeth Warren “Senator Karen” last year. I admit, I had forgotten about it, so it is wonderful that the left resurfaced these comments.
Now, in addition to Fauxcahontas, we can deride the lying, cheating, and moronic Massachusetts Senator with another apt nickname.
Making the entire story even more absurd is that it’s getting framed as breaking news. One tweet, for example, posed the story this way:
BREAKING: Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, disrespectfully called Senator Warren "Senator Karen" and said she reminds him of an "angry mom" after she proposed fixing the rigged tax code to tax billionaries like him. RT IF YOU STAND WITH SENATOR WARREN!

This tweet is what OccupyDemocrats tweeted out verbatim eleven months ago:

To be clear, this hilarious exchange occurred almost a year ago, in December of 2021. It began after Elon Musk – who was Time’s Person of the Year last year – got called out by the communist Senator for allegedly not paying enough of his fair share. The New York Post wrote at the time:
Elon Musk called Elizabeth Warren “Senator Karen” and said she reminded him of an “angry Mom” on Tuesday after the Massachusetts Senator said the Tesla CEO should pay more in taxes.
“Let’s change the rigged tax code so The Person of the Year will actually pay taxes and stop freeloading off everyone else,” Warren tweeted with a link to a story about Musk being named Time Magazine’s 2021 person of the year.
Things really got fun after Musk sent out a flurry of tweets mocking the ineffably stupid and corrupt Warren. In a series of three tweets, he took a torch to her. The last one is inarguably the funniest and the best, and naturally led to leftists losing their minds everywhere.
“Stop projecting!” Musk replied with a link to a Fox News opinion article arguing that the Massachusetts Democrat lied about having Native American heritage in order to benefit from affirmative action polices.
“You remind me of when I was a kid and my friend’s angry Mom would just randomly yell at everyone for no reason,” Musk added.
“Please don’t call the manager on me, Senator Karen,” Musk said in a third tweet accompanied by a praying hands emoji.
Again, it has to be pointed out that the only loser with these comments back to light is Warren herself. Elon Musk certainly doesn’t care; he didn’t care the first time. For the Massachusetts Senator, however, we all get to be gleefully reminded that Senator Karen is a much more fitting name and can now use it again against her. Twitter just keeps getting better and better.
