GOP Rep. Drops the Hammer on the Biden Family

Recently, South Carolina Republican Rep. Nancy Mace provided a significant update on the impeachment inquiry against President Joe Biden.  The rising GOP representative and member of the House Oversight Committee explained that the investigation into the Biden family is set to call upon “firsthand witnesses and whistleblowers.”

Rep. Mace appeared for an interview with Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo, where she discussed the recent initiatives.  According to the representative, the hearing would consult experts in various fields as to what constitutes illegal activity in the context of the Biden’s, further drawing upon witness testimony for evidence.

“The first day of the inquiry was just to have experts in tax law and constitutional investigations to show a baseline of what is legal and what is illegal behavior,” Mace told Bartiromo. “In the future, in our next hearings, we will have firsthand witnesses and whistleblowers coming through to show that direct evidence.”

The interview then addressed criticism from Democrats regarding the impeachment hearing that there has allegedly been “no line of money going directly to Joe Biden.”  Rep. Mace then pointed out the evidence they had uncovered suggesting that Hunter Biden “complained that half of his salary went to his father. And we know that he only got these deals from China, Russia, Ukraine, Romania because of his father, because of his relationship and selling that access to Joe Biden.”

Bartiromo then pressed Mace to reveal if her committee had uncovered evidence of policy decisions from Joe Biden that would be substantive evidence in the investigation against him.  The representative answered that she would have to conduct further research into that specific matter, noting she still needs to investigate more evidence tied to records and communications.

“I have not had the ability to research that,” Mace responded. “I have been looking more at the LLCs, the bank records, all of the lies that Joe Biden has told, and what evidence we have so far in meetings, dinners, appointments, White House records, et cetera, phone messages, text messages, e-mails, et cetera, connecting the dots with Joe Biden.”

Mace told Bartiromo that she believes in due process and all the evidence the GOP has gathered needs to be thoroughly reviewed.  “Well, I’m a due process person. I want to hear from every witness, every whistleblower,” Mace said. “I really want to hear from the bookkeeper, Maria, and what — how these records were hidden, how the money was laundered, and how Joe Biden got paid.”

Recently, Kentucky Republican James Comer also gave an interview with Bartiromo where he claimed the result of the investigation would be the Biden family appearing in front of the committee.  “This is always going to end with the Bidens coming in front of the committee. We are going to subpoena the family. We know that this is going to end up in court when we subpoena the Bidens,” he said.

“We have put together a case that I think would stand up in any court of law in America,” he said. “We want to talk to about three or four more associates first. We’ve been communicating with a couple of them,” he continued.
