As Jason Aldean continues to stand up for himself in his battle against the woke liberal media, more and more stars have come to his defense publicly to share their love for his new hit song “Try That In A Small Town.” Among the names on the star-studded list of Aldean defenders are Travis Tritt and presidential candidate Ron DeSantis.
Travis Tritt jumped to Aldean’s defense, reminding him that the online world is far different from the real world and that the hate Jason receives is not something that neighbors and friends feel. Tritt said, “I would also like to remind my friend, @Jason_Aldean that Twitter and social media in general is not a real place. The views shared by many accounts on this platform are not actually representative of the vast majority of the population of this country. Say what you want to say and be who you want to be.”

After Aldean made a statement regarding the criticism he had received, Ron DeSantis replied. No doubt, seeing that a premier politician such as DeSantis supports his cause is a huge emotional boost for Jason Aldean. DeSantis said, “When the media attacks you, you’re doing something right. @Jason_Aldean has nothing to apologize for.”
Aldean, for his part, has decided not to apologize or explain himself to the woke mob. Instead, he has doubled down, expressing that he has done nothing that he isn’t proud of in regard to the song “Try That In A Small Town.” This has endeared him to fans and allowed them to rally around Aldean as one of America’s bastions of free speech.
Aldean expressed his feeling on the matter in a Tweet, writing, “My political views have never been something I’ve hidden from, and I know that a lot of us in this Country don’t agree on how we get back to a sense of normalcy where we go at least a day without a headline that keeps us up at night. But the desire for it to- that’s what this song is about.”
Aldean í sharing a sentiment that seems to have disappeared in today’s America, at least on the left. The inability of the woke mob to stop portraying their political opponents as demons has stopped the country from uniting with the goal of fixing the problems currently plaguing our society and culture.
Aldean, on the other hand, is ready to accept that both sides may want what is best for the country. But, first, they will have to accept that he is acting with good faith, something that the critics and haters will unlikely be able to do. As long as that continues, there will be a divide between the right and the left that is almost impossible to bridge.
