Police in San Antonio, Texas, recently arrested a man residing in the country illegally in connection to the murder of his elderly partner. Authorities in San Antonio reported that 26-year-old Alberto Rafael Ferrer Cabrera was arrested over the weekend in relation to the death of his 81-year-old partner. The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Cabrera was in the country illegally and that ICE had placed a detainer on him.
According to reports, Cabrera claimed to have murdered his elderly significant other, who police found fatally stabbed when they arrived on the scene. Court records indicate that Cabrera was arrested and charged with murder along with illegal reentry from a foreign nation. Authorities are still investigating a motive behind the incident.
A major part of President Donald Trump’s mass deportation agenda has been to focus on removing violent illegal alien criminals in particular from the United States. The American Tribune reported on Wednesday that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) had arrested over 100 members of the Tren de Aragua gang in Aurora, Colorado. Reportedly, 194 members of the gang residing in the United States illegally have been arrested in recent weeks.
“President Donald Trump told the American people he’d arrest and deport members of the brutal Tren de Aragua gang, and he’s doing just that,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement about the matter. “Illegal immigrant criminal gangs like Tren de Aragua will no longer be able to terrorize American communities under President Trump’s leadership.”
Last year, then-Vice Presidential candidate JD Vance sent a strong message to illegal immigrants, particularly those who pose a public safety threat, to “pack your bags.” He said, “I think it’s very simple. Actually, the first thing that you have to do, and the first ;thing that President Trump will do, is stop the massive inflow of illegal aliens in the first place. You gotta stop the bleeding before you can actually fix the problem here. And we still have 1000s of people coming across the border illegal every single day.”
“So the first thing you do, you reimplement deportations, you finish construction of the border wall, and you stop proposing mass amnesty for millions of illegal aliens. That solves the majority of the border problem. On day one, President Trump already did it, and he will certainly do it again,” he said, emphasizing the importance of securing the border.
Vance confidently asserted, “I think it’s important that we send a message that if you have come to this country illegally, if you plowed into an innocent mom and her daughter and they lost their lives because of your actions. The message from the Trump administration is simple, pack your bags, because in four months, you’re going home. We do not consent to an invasion of this country for millions of people who shouldn’t be here, and we are going to deport people now you start with the people who are most dangerous. You start with the most violent criminals, you make it harder for businesses to hire illegal aliens, and you work your way down from there.”

The Ohio senator concluded his passionate remarks, “I think that’s how you solve the problem of people who are here, but if you’re not willing to tell at least some of the people who are in this country illegally that you have to go back, then you don’t have a real border policy, and unfortunately, that’s what Kamala Harris has given this country.”
